摘要：Es importante fomentar el conocimiento entre los operarios de instalaciones industriales, con el fin de mejorar el rendimiento en la solución de averías y mejora de su dedicación en la empresa. El aprendizaje basado en problemas (ABP) puede ser definido como una metodología donde el punto de partida es un problema o una situación que tiene una problemática. Partiendo de estas situaciones el operario desarrolla hipótesis explicativas e identifica necesidades de aprendizaje que le permiten entender mejor el problema y cumplir con los objetivos marcados. Un paso adicional es identificar los principios que están relacionados con el conocimiento adquirido y que se pueden aplicar a otras situaciones. En este artículo se muestra dicha metodología y su aplicación en un ambiente de empresa.
其他摘要：It is important to promote awareness among operators of industrial installations, in order to improve the performance in the troubleshooting and improvement of their dedication in the company. (ABP) problem-based learning can be defined as a methodology where the starting point is a problem or a situation that has a problem. On the basis of these situations the operator develops explanatory hypotheses and identifies learning needs that allow you to better understand the problem and fulfill the objectives marked. An additional step is to identify which are related to the acquired knowledge and principles that can be applied to other situations. This article shows the methodology and its application in an enterprise environment.
