摘要：O artigo visa a analisar a relação entre direito e desigualdades sociais sob a perspectiva da Sociologia do Campo Jurídico de Pierre Bourdieu e Yves Dezalay.É abordagem eminentemente téorica.No âmbito de suas categorias fundamentais, o texto perscruta a violência simbólica presente no embate por dizer o direito e, ao mesmo tempo, busca desvendar a maneira pela qual perpetuam estratégias de poder e dominação, associada às apropriações dos diversos capitais (cultural, econômico, social e simbólico).
其他摘要：Abstract The article aims to analyze the relationship between the Law and social inequalities from the perspective of Sociology of the Legal Field of Pierre Bourdieu and Yves Dezalay. Based on its fundamental categories, the text scrutinizes the symbolic violence present in the struggle by saying the right and, at the same time, seeks to discover the way in which perpetuate power and domination strategies associated with the appropriation of the various capital (cultural, economic, social and symbolic).
