摘要：By installing the balance valve in each user branch, the pressure at both ends of the balance valve is obtained in real time by using the pressure measuring instrument, and then the hydraulic balance calculation program is written by combining the fluid network matrix and MATLAB software to calculate the balance valve opening value under the design flow of each user branch. This calculation program only needs to input a few simple data to calculate the opening of each balance valve when each branch reaches hydraulic balance. Experimental results show that the method can achieve good results in hydraulic balance debugging.
