摘要：4D BIM modeling is a unique and effective management technology in construction projects. However, it is not widely used in geotechnical construction. This paper summarizes main aspects that characterize the essence of this new technology. An extensive literature review and analysis of ‘pilot’ projects were conducted. The main 4D modeling tools are presented. As a result of the study of ongoing projects, a calculation of the economic efficiency by implementation of this technology was made. The use of this method in planning and construction can increase the main criteria for assessing the success and effectiveness of zero-cycle work.
