摘要：This paper introduces an interdisciplinary continuing professional development concept aiming at providing engineers and technicians with the appropriate skills to foster the Simultaneous Working & Learning programs (SWLP) in their enterprises. It is furthermore shown, how the need of qualification for the technical personnel can be detected using internal and external sources. In addition the derivation process of individual qualification needs for each employee depending on his function and position in the companies’ organization is demonstrated. For each of the above mentioned task appropriate tools are proposed.
