标题：Violência e insubordinação militar na São Paulo do século XVIII:manuscritos como testemunho de uma sociedade

摘要：O presente artigo tem o objetivo de apresentar um panorama dos contextos histórico-social e filológico (a partir do cotejo de dois testemunhos de um processo criminal) de três documentos datados de fins do século XVIII, pertencentes aos arquivos coloniais sobre a capitania de São Paulo do projeto “Resgate Barão do Rio Branco”, cujo tema central é um caso de insubordinação militar de um mulato contra seu superior, filho do governador da capitania. O resgate e a difusão desses textos têm importância ímpar para que pesquisas continuem sendo feitas e para que novas descobertas venham agregar novos conhecimentos à sociedade.
其他摘要：The present article gives an overview of the social historical and philologic contexts (from contrast of two certifications of a criminal proceeding) of three documentsof the18th century, pertaining to colonial documents on the captainship of São Paulo of the project “Resgate Barão do Rio Branco”, whose central subject is a case of military insubordination of a mulato against his superior, son of the governor of the captainship. Therescue and the diffusion of so interesting texts have importance so that research continues being done and so that new discovered add new knowledge to the society.
