摘要：Researchmanagement isaboutmorethan open accessand it isaboutmorethan creating online publishing platforms. Technological infrastructure needs to becombined with policies that reflect thecareer needs offacultymembers. So far, the goal ofcombining open scholarship policies with onlineinfrastructure has been elusive. Theanswer may beto rethink howthecareer structure offacultymembers is structured and howresearchmanagersand librarianscan bea part ofthesolution.
