摘要：The article presents the results of an analysis of modern research in the field of organic waste processing. To solve the problem, anaerobic bioconversion method was chosen. The data of experimental laboratory experiments on the selection of a consortium of microorganisms’ methanizing waste from poultry farms with maximum efficiency are presented.
