摘要：Bu çalışmanın amacı İsmayıl Hakkı Baltacıoğlu’nun eğitim ve toplumsal yapıya ilişkin bakış açısını incelemektir.Baltacıoğlu gerek bilimsel/düşünsel fikirleri gerekse uzun yaşamı boyunca kendi tanık olduğu toplusal değişmeler hakkındaki görüşleri açısından dikkat çekici bir isimdir.Meşrutiyet’ten Cumhuriyet’e,Cumhuriyet’ten ölümüne kadar süren tarihsel birikimini toplumsal değişim ve eğitim hakkındaki görüşlerini ve bilgilerini günümüze aktarmıştır.Eğitim ve toplumsal yapı üzerine 1900’lerde geliştirdiği yaklaşım ve teoriler bu gün bile Türk eğitim sistemi,sorunları ve tarihine ışık tutmaktadır.
其他摘要：An Intellectual Running Ahead His Age: İsmayıl Hakkı Baltacıoğlu – The aim of this study is to analyze the point of view İsmayıl Hakkı Baltacıoğlu on education & social structure.Baltacıoğlu is a striking name not only because of his intellectual & scientific opinions but also because of his view of social change which he himself witnessed during his long life (1886-1978).From constitutional monarchy days to the foundation of Turkish Republic and up to his death,his historical accumulation provides us with valuable information about the change in society & education.Today,his precious opinions which he built up in 1900s on education & social structure have an important impact on Turkish education system & history.
