标题：MODEL DASAR MANAJEMEN PENGUMPULAN DATA BK KOMPREHENSIF UNTUK SMA MUHAMMADIYAH DI DKI JAKARTA

摘要：Model BK komprehensif di Indonesia seolah hanya menganggap manajemen hanya tugas tambahan yang tidak penting. Hal ini menjadikan aspek manajemen pengumpulan data kurang diperhatikan oleh guru BK. Berdasarkan studi pendahuluan yang dilakukan pada 20 Sekolah baik SMP maupun SMA menyatakan bahwa ditemukan kesulitan para guru BK kesulitan untuk melakukan manajemen administrasi BK. Salah satu faktor penyebabnya adalah tidak adanya konsep cara melakukan sistem manajemen yang standar dengan format-format yang baku. Hasil wawancara dengan dengan salah satu guru BK di SMP 12 Bekasi menyatakan bahwa kesulitan guru BK di Sekolah adalah ketika akan ada pemeriksaan dari pengawas mereka merasa tidak siap dengan dokumen-dokumen pelaksanaan program yang diminta. Berdasarkan permasalahan dan konsep penyelengaraan BK komprehensif di Indonesia, maka diperlukan sebuah konsep manajemen pengumpulan data dalam penyelenggaraan BK di Sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode research and development. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan produk berupa desain alur manajemen data BK dan modul panduan pelaksanaanya. Produk yang dihasilkan telah melalui uji hipotetik yaitu ahli konten BK 86 %, uji ahli grafika 80 % dan praktisi 76 %. Berdasarkan hal tersebut produk sudah pada kategori baik yang berarti produk yang dihasilkan ditinjau dari ahli dapat digunakan untuk mempermudah pelaksanaan manajemen data guru Muhammadiayah di Jakarta. Pada keterbatasan penelitian, penelitian ini masih perlu ditindaklanjuti pada tahap uji efektifitas dan pengembangan selanjutnya.
其他摘要：Comprehensive Guidance and Counseling (BK) model in Indonesia seems to assume that management is just an unnecessary additional task. This makes the management of data collection less attention by BK teachers. Based on preliminary studies conducted at 20 schools both junior and senior high school states that is found the difficulty of the BK teachers to perform administrative management. One of the contributing factors is the absence of the concept of how to perform a standardized management system with standard formats. The result of interview with one of the BK teachers at SMP 12 Bekasi stated that the difficulties of BK teachers in the school is when there will be inspection from the supervisor, they feel not ready with the documents of the requested program implementation. Based on the problems and concepts of comprehensive BK management in Indonesia, it takes a concept of data collection management in the implementation of BK in School. This research uses research and development method. The results of the research resulted in the design of the BK data management flow and the implementation guide module. The resulting product has been through hypothetical test that is content expert BK 86%, 80% graphic expert test and 76% practitioner. Based on the above, the product is in good category which means the product produced from the expert can be used to facilitate the implementation of data management of Muhammadiyah teacher in Jakarta. At the limitations of research, this research still needs to be followed up on the stage of effectiveness test and further development.
