摘要:The first proposals on educational systems devolution appears on the late fifties and they are contemporary with global development model.Thus it became one of the engines of the economical integration.The theoretical approach argue that in this model of development – which presume the financial autonomy of schools and local development - teachers,parents and pupils or students feel themselves more in the light.This sentiment of self esteem will increase the quality of the educational process and to a better resources management.In spite of this theoretical approach are other studies who want to demonstrate that the devolution doesn’t bring better results for pupils,not in the spot of taking decision effectiveness nor in a involving local actors in taking decisions process.Our paper want to conclude that the devolution can presume an improvement of educational system.That improvement is not totally efective in other areas but only on the authority who constraint the educational system.
