摘要：Agastric cancer ranks fourth in incidence (after lung,breast and colorectal) and second in mortality (after lung cancer) among all cancers worldwide(1). In spite of the decreasing incidence of gastric cancer in many countries,last four decades have seen an increase in cases of gastric cancer arising in the cardia,accompanying an increase in the incidence of adenocarcinomas at the gastroesophagic junction,especially in males.
