摘要：Straipsnyje1 analizuojami tarptautiniai darbo teisės standartai,reguliuojantys darbo ginčų institutą,atskleidžiamas šių standartų turinys ir pagrindinės principinės taisyklės,adresuojamos valstybėms ir jų nacionalinei teisei. Straipsnyje pateikiama užsienio valstybių teisinio reguliavimo pavyzdžių,vertinama jų atitiktis tarptautiniams standartams. Atskleidžiami esminiai Lietuvos darbo ginčų instituto trūkumai minėtų standartų kontekste ir pateikiama galimų šių trūkumų šalinimo pasiūlymų.
其他摘要：The article analyses the international standards of labour law regulating the institute of labour disputes through revealing the content and principal rules of these standards addressed to states and their respective national laws. The article further provides examples of legal regulation in foreign countries and analyses their compliance with the international standards. The main bottlenecks of the Lithuanian institute of labour disputes are revealed in the context of the international standards and likely proposals for the elimination of those bottlenecks are presented.
