  • 摘要:Monitoring of quantitative and qualitative properties of weed species seeds in the arable soil layer is one of the most effi cient methods for prediction of weed occurrence in the fi eld.It provides better herbicide choice,as well as their timely application.In 2008 and 2009 in two localities with similarly applied agricultural practice in maize crop,weed seed bank was studied in the arable soil layer up to 30 cm of depth.In the fi rst locality,seeds of 12 weed species were separated.Of these species,the most numerous were seeds of Polygonum lapathifolium and Sinapis arvenis at all studied depths,and the greatest quantity was found at the depth of 20-30 cm.Th e greatest number of all remaining evidenced weed species was also found at this depth.In the other locality seeds of even 15 weed species was separated,but only seeds of Amaranthus retrofl exus occurred in greater quantity at all studied layers.In average,for all species,the greatest number of seeds was found in the deepest layer,but statistically signifi cant diff erences were not recorded in number of seeds per soil depth.Aft er determination of the separated weed seeds followed their germination in climatic chamber.Th e highest germination percentage of (70-80%) from seeds found in the fi rst ocality showed seed of weed species Sinapis arvensis,regardless on the soil depth at which it was found.Th e highest germination capability was recorded also for seeds of Amaranthus retrofl exus.Seeds of Amaranthus retrofl exus and Chenopodim album from the deepest arable layer were only ones that germinated.
  • 其他摘要:Utvrđivanje kvantitativnih i kvalitativnih osobina semena korova u oraničnom sloju zemljišta jedno je od najefi kasnijih metoda za predviđanje pojave korova na polju.Ovo omogućava bolji izbor herbicida,kao i njihovu blagovremenu primenu.U 2008 i 2009 godini,na dva lokaliteta sa identičnom primenom agrotehničkih mera u usevu kukuruza,proučavana je banka semena korova u oraničnom sloju zemlje (do 30 cm).Na lokalitetu Žabalj,izdvojeno je seme 12 korovskih vrsta.Od ovih vrsta,najbrojnije je bilo seme Polygonum lapathifolium i Sinapis arvenis na svim ispitivanim dubinama,a njihova najveća količina semena je pronađena na dubini od 20-30 cm.Najveći broj semena ostalih identifi kovanih korovskih vrsta je takođe utvrđen na ovoj dubini.Na lokalitetu Zmajevo,izdvojeno je seme 15 korovskih vrsta,ali samo je seme Amaranthus retrofl exus bilo prisutno u većoj količini u svim ispitivanim slojevima.U proseku za sve vrste,najviše semena se nalazi u najdubljem sloju,ali nisu utvrđene statistički značajne razlike u broju semena korova po ispitivanim dubinama zemljišta.Nakon determinacije izdvojenih semena korova usledilo je njihovo naklijavanje u klima komori.Najveći procenat klijavosti (70-80%) pokazalo je seme korovske vrste Sinapis arvensis nađeno na prvom lokalitetu,bez obzira na dubinu zemljišta u kojoj je nađeno.Najveća klijavost utvrđena je kod semena korovske vrste Amaranthus retrofl exus.Jedino je seme Amaranthus retrofl exus i Chenopodim album iz najdubljeg oraničnog sloja proklijalo.
