摘要:Penelitian ini bertujuan memperoleh gambaran konsep diri,motivasi kerja,dan kinerja guru penjasorkes non PNS non sertifikasi di wilayah kelompok kerja madrasah tsanawiyah 2 Mejobo Kabupaten Kudus. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan desain fenomenologi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara,pengamatan dan dokumen. Subjek penelitian 7 guru penjasorkes non PNS non sertifikasi yang berada di wilayah KKMTs 2 Mejobo Kabupaten Kudus,data sekunder adalah rekan kerja dan keluarga. Metode pengumpulan data berupa pedoman observasi dan pedoman wawancara. Teknik analisis data meliputi: (1) reduksi data,(2) penyajian data,dan (3) penarikan simpulan/verifikasi. Disimpulkan bahwa faktor konsep diri yang paling berperan mempengaruhi kinerja subjek adalah faktor lingkungan keluarga dan rekan kerja. Sedangkan faktor motivasi kerja yang paling berperan adalah motivasi internal. Disarankan bagi para subjek agar menumbuhkan konsep diri positif,semangat bekerja,semangat berkreativitas dan beraktivitas,serta menambah semangat pengabdian.
其他摘要:This research aims to gain the description of non PNS non certified physical education teacher’s self-concept,working motivation,and job performance in area Kelompok Kerja Madrasah Tsanawiyah (KKMTs) 2 Mejobo Kabupaten Kudus. The method used in this research is qualitative with phenomenology design. Data collecting techniques uses interview,observation,and documentation. Research subjects were 7 of non PNS non certified physical education teachers in area KKMTs 2 Mejobo Kabupaten Kudus,secondary data were the colleagues and families. Data collecting method was observation and interview guidelines. Data analysis technique include: (1) data reduction,(2) data presentation,and (3) conclusion/verification. It is concluded that the most important factor of self-concept that influences the job performance are work environment and their partner. Meanwhile,the most important factor of job motivation is internal motivation. It is suggested for the subject to grow the positive self-concept,working spirit,creativity and activity spirit,and increase the spirit of devotion.
