摘要：The project starts from re-thinking and reanalyzing within the complexity science perspective of some very important local resources – culturalspiritual values – from the Northern Oltenia Region (RON) in order to conceptualize a specific theoretical model for generating the cultural tourism market,aiming to introduce RON in the national and international tourist circuit on its cultural-spiritual component,and contributing to the long term viability of the local economy. The project propose for the first time the generation and development of the cultural tourism in RON by using this conceptual model,pragmatically operationalized by an enabling generic-networkplatform,economico-managerial collaborative system,and so to facilitate the cooperation between all stakeholders interested into this sustainable development of the cultural-spiritual tourism,according to the knowledge society.
