摘要：Throughout the last years the financial economic crisis has seriously affected the worldwide economies and what we know is that the risk is a phenomenon that appears daily in each company’s activity.It is seen as the probability of an event and its consequences.Each company needs to take into consideration that a good risk management is necessary if they want to survive in the economic environment.The purpose of this article is to bring into notice of the readers already known notions relating to risk and risk management so that it is understood how important it is to take immediate measures in cases of risky situations.Unfortunately,many companies do not take into consideration such a serious aspect and this only leads to serious financial problems.
