摘要:This paper will adress the organisational commitment may have on their subordinate’s and silence among hotel employees in Turkey. Questionnaire technique has been used as the data gathering method and for this purpose ‘Organizational Commitment Scale’ developed by Meyer & Allen (1991) and ‘Organisational Silence Scale’ developed by Van Dyne, Ang & Botero (2003) have been used in this study. As a result of this research conducting on 604 employees who work in chain hotels located around Turkey, the impact of organisational commitment over organisational silence (R2 =0.075) found a significant change in the coefficient of determination.
