摘要:The organizational climate, which gains identity to the organization, affects managing of operating activities properly, profitability of the organization and explaining personnel behaviors. The organizational climate consisting of interaction of management applications, working conditions (organizational opportunities) and attitude of the personnel causes that approach of wage earners for the business, whose motivation and performance are affected, is formed. Adopting purpose and values of the organization, accepting organizational ownership and making sacrifice for the organization constitute positive reflection of the organizational climate to the OCB (Organizational Citizenship Behavior). The purpose of this study is to examine relation of organizational climate perceptions of the wage earners working in accommodation businesses with OCB and affect of the organizational climate on organizational citizenship behavior. Research was made on the wage earners working in hotel businesses which carry on activities in Bursa. For data, regression and correlation analyses were made. As a result of these analyses, it was emphasized that the organizational climate has strong effect on the organizational citizenship behavior.
