摘要:The aim of this study is to define the influence of mobbing on organizational trust and organizational silence. In this study, a survey has been conducted on 72 individuals who work in Kars Provincial Directorate of Family and Social Policies, and the results of this survey has been included. In this practice section, it has been determined that there are positive relations between mobbing and organizational silence while there are negative relations between mobbing and organizational trust. In this context, while there is no meaningful relations between sub-dimensions of mobbing and sub-dimensions of organizational silence, it has been revealed that there are some meaningful relations between the sub- dimensions of mobbing and sub-dimensions of organizational trust.
