摘要:In this study, burnout which means negatory attitutes and behaviors towards himself/herself, his/her job or colleagues and job satisfaction, meaning the contentment of an individual towards his/her job, have been looked at together. The terms that form the subject of study were explained before the performing an application on the academic staff. As a result, it was concluded that the burnout degree of academic staff was low and their job satisfaction was good. There was also an negative correlation between burnout and job satisfaction.
