摘要：Budget is the most important tool of a company to perform its economic activities. The budgeting which form units of the company that take place in directing and ordering the company aims to be on effect process.have a crucial role. The aim of this study is to explain why budget concept of importance and prepare process of the budget and to bring up budgeting process of a company that activate in Adana. In this connection, first conceptual approach to budgeting and theoretical framework of budgeting process in companies have been studied. Then the company’s budgeting process have been investigated. Consequently; prepared process of the budget, to check and put into practice with one another a wholeness complex.
