摘要：In spite of a common heritage of strong ties to ‘mittle’ Europe that had been in place for centuries,historical events during the 20th century had de-coupled the SEE region into two sides and disconnected the economies by orientating them along two separate paths.Furthermore,impressive military infrastructures had been built on both sides,which now lie abandoned.
