摘要：The aim of this article is to find out recent developments in renewable energy markets which was evaluated as alternative energy source and to analyse recent developments by examining the markets related with wind power,biofuels and solar PV industries.Finally,some policy recommendations will be deduced.Renewable energy “only” supplies 5% of global energy currently.Renewable energy has been,however,evaluated as the new energy resource for the future.Total investment value was $155,4 billion on 2008.Investment levels are on track to reach $600 billion a year in 2020.During the year 2008,many countries in the world determined policies related with this topic and the topic has been considered seriously.Especially,the policy analysis has indicated that the countries which determined their targets earlier have been the leading countries in the world.
