摘要:For organizations,the main condition to get succesfull results and reach to their predetermined targets is to provide the integration of employees with both their works and organization that is organizational commitment in such a competition era where changes and innovations occur permanently.Lately,providing employee satisfaction and commitment in business life has become one of the most important problems that organizations expose and for this different solution methods have been produced by lots of researchers.The aim of this study is to introduce about what extent empowerment and psychological contract effective on providing organizational commitment.In the study first the terms of empowerment,psychological contract and organizational commitment are tried to explain and then a survey-based research containing the academic staff in universities is emphasized.
