摘要：This study aimed at developing software that can detect moving target’s orbits by processing the images provided by a camera.This algorithm was used to estimate their future movements.Systems codes were developed in the Visual Basic programming language.
其他摘要：Bu çalışmada,kameradan gelen görüntüyü işleyerek,hareketli hedeflerin yörüngesini tespit eden bir yazılım geliştirilmiştir.Bu algoritma,hedeflerin gelecekteki hareketlerinin tahmininde kullanılmıştır.Sistem kodları Visual Basic ortamında geliştirilmiştir.
