摘要:According to available demographic data, it has been certain that Belgrade represents the largest absorbent-dispersive centre of the population daily migration in Serbia, because 134 415 migrant workers, pupils and students of the surrounding settlements commute regularly inward or outward. These movements comprise 1,8% of the total population of Serbia without the AP of Kosovo and Metohia. After the settlements on the territory of the City of Belgrade and the AP of Vojvodina, the settlements of Veliko, Zapadno and Juzno Pomoravlje have the particular significance in the daily population exchange with Belgrade. Between Belgrade and the Pomoravlje settlements, and vice versa, 6 579 migrants circulate daily, whereof 5 702 workers, pupils and students (86.7%) commute to the city, while 877 people (13.3%) travel away from the city in order to carry out the functions of labour or acquire education.
