摘要：Protection of nornalive right of the workers in Indonesia still u'eakness and neces sary improve by governnrenl or labour organizotion. The workers are trealed dishonour by employers in work relationship on industrialization process. Tripartite relotionship is not running well too due government alu'ays to save employers than workers. It's impact, conlicl between employers and workers can nol avoid again. Harntonizalion of work relalionship could be done through human resources developnrent ond lau' prolection of normalive righls for workers.
