摘要:The relationship between employment and criminal law measures are and are seen as multiple and complex relationships . This paper has sought to examine the relationship between criminal sanctions , security measures , suspension from work , suspension and criminal liability to labor relations. Our understanding is related to the ratio of the criminal and labor law in the Republic of Serbia. Relationships are discussing a long legal regulations and legal tradition that existed in the earlier Yugoslav federal community , and the Republic of Serbia has taken legal norms in this area , and therefore the previously created legal jurisprudence that has continued to exist in the Republic of Serbia as a legal successor of the former Yugoslav federation.
