摘要:This study aims to: (1) describe the employing stages the mathematics teaching multimedia for grade 4 students on integer material for increase the students achievement, (2) describe the feasibility of the mathematics teaching multimedia for grade 4 students on integer material in terms of material aspect and media aspect, and (3) to investigate the effectiveness of the mathematics teaching multi media for grade 4 students on integer material in terms of learning achievement. The data collecting instruments were product evaluation instruments for the material expert, media expert, and students, and a multiple choice test. Analysis of the data used is descriptive statistics. The results of the study are as follows: (1) the multimedia development was carried out in three primary stages, namely the planning, designing, and development stages, (2) The appropriateness of the product in the material/ content aspect it gets a score of 55 (in the very good category), in the learning aspects it gets a score of 57 (in the very good category), in the programming aspect it gets a score of 51 (in the good category), and in the display aspect it gets a score of 52 (in the good category). T-test results show that the tcount greater than ttable (4,034 > 2,01), and n-gain test results show that increase the students achievement in the experimental group is higher than the control group (0.57 > 0.42), thus it can be concluded that learning by using teaching multimedia is more effective than using powerpoint media in increase the students achievement.
