摘要:Sepak takraw is a genuine sport game from Indonesia. Learners or an athlete will be able to develop the ability to optimally if it fulfills the factors as physical characteristics and mastery of technique correctly. This research is a quantitative study with experimental method (pre-test and post-test). The variables of this study is split jump (X1), knee tuck jump (X2), smash kedeng (Y1), limb muscle power (Y2). Research conducted at the GOR Sepak Takraw Jepara district, with a total sample of 18 people, using total sampling technique. The division of the group with mached method by Subjects (MS). The analytical tool used was t test, which diwalai with normality test. The sampling method used was total sampling.The results showed that: 1). Exercise split jump and significant positive effect on the increase in limb muscle power (2,10> 1.833). 2). Exercise knee tuck jump positive and significant effect on the increase in leg muscle power (1.839> 1.833). 3). Exercise split jump positive and significant impact on the ability to smash kedeng (3.09> 1.833). 4). Exercise knee-tuck jump positive and significant impact on the ability to smash kedeng (3.28> 1.833). 5). Exercise split jump is no better or more effective in increasing muscle power leg (0.12 <1.833). 6). Exercise split jump is no better or more effective in enhancing the ability smash kedeng (0.46 <1.833). Suggestions for coaches and players, the necessary physical exercise, techniques, and knee tuck jump. Business; exercises and games that can be run as desired, it is necessary for adequate infrastructure (in accordance with the regulations in sepak takraw).
