摘要：Persibas's club achievement stills less pride to be compared with neighbour club as PSCS Cilacap, and Persibangga Purbalingga. The purpose of the study is to be evaluation the structure organization, training program, finance, sporting facility situation, supporting factor and achievement resistor, Persibas Banyumas club. This study used evaluation result. Observational location at Persibas Banyumas's football club at Gor Purwokerto's Knight. Data collecting method used interview, observation, and documentation. This study used reduction method, representation data, concluation or verification. The result this study is on 13 April 2014-21 April 2014 is structure organitation from 2012-2016, there is administrator which wore two hats responsible position, the coach make short-range programs training, the source of finance from APBD, sporting facility default, but is still a lot of lack, supporting factor, local athlete talent that nicely, dinporabudpar's support, honor is affix, supporter, resistor factor, finance that its amount is still less, and sport facility. Conclution is have a good organizational, but exists administrator wore two hats responsible position, training program most good structure, but corresponded to steps, finance that is at Persibas's club lack, so can't do TC short-long range, sporting facility in general good, but is still exist lack, good supportive factor, beginning of government, suporter, and local athlete talent that nicely, and factor that constrains is fund that insufficiently is equal to, and facility what do can’t used maximal.
