摘要：A study to find out about the special characteristics of traditional martial arts sports Encik, identification and description of the factors that affect the arts Encik, the organization, the role of society, the role of government as well as fitness level fighter Encik. The research method used is descriptive qualitative interview techniques, observation and supported by the survey of physical fitness tests. Retrieved Encik result is the appearance of two martial arts fighter who fought the musical accompaniment of music. Factors that influence is infrastructure, communities, governments and funding. Organization formed under the joint meeting between the community and the local community. The community was very enthusiastic in organizing performances and there is no policy of the central government. Survey of physical fitness tests showed fighters who take the test have a good body fitness.
