标题：PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR MEMILIH MEDIA KOMUNIKASI MELALUI MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE STAD

摘要：Berdasarkan hasil observasi di SMK Hidayah Semarang diketahui bahwa siswa di kelas XI AP 1 kurang aktif, malas, dan saling mengelompokan diri, di sisi lain guru lebih banyak mengajar dengan cara ceramah dan kurang memotivasi siswa. Akibatnya banyak siswa yang belum paham terhadap materi dan hasil belajarnya belum mencapai KKM. Kondisi tersebut perlu diperbaiki, salah satu alteratif yang dapat digunakan yaitu dengan penerapan model pembelajaran tipe Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan dua siklus. Has_x005f?il penelitian siklus I menunjukkan rata-rata keaktifan siswa sebesar 64%, kinerja guru dalam menyampaikan materi sebesar 70%, dan nilai rata-rata siswa 72. Selanjutnya pada siklus II diperoleh hasil rata-rata keaktifan siswa sebesar 70%, kinerja guru dalam menyampaikan materi sebesar 70%, dan nilai rata-rata siswa yaitu 78.
其他摘要：Learning success is inseparable from the influential factors in it, one of which strategy application of learning and use of teaching aids are not appropriate to have an impact on student learning outcomes obtained. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the learning method STAD with the help of multimedia interactive learning in Computer Accounting to improve learning outcomes in vocational competence to process accounting data using MYOB Accounting 17. Variables consisted of the use of STAD method with the help of multimedia interactive learning, teaching methods of lectures, and students vocational competence to process accounting data with MYOB Accounting 17. The results showed that the use of the learning method STAD accompanied multimedia interactive learning is more effective in improving learning outcomes. Suggestions proposed in the application of the STAD method will lead to less crowded atmosphere so that teachers are required to better manage the classroom. And the use of multimedia to support a complete multimedia device as well as teachers and students have already mastered the basics of the operation of multimedia devices such as computers.
