标题:Peran Self-Efficacy dalam Memediasi Pengaruh Persepsi Kesejahteraan Guru, Figur Guru Panutan dan Pengalaman Mengajar Terhadap Kesiapan Berkarir Menjadi Guru
摘要:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi kesejahteraan guru, figur guru panutan, pen galaman mengajar terhadap kesiapan berkarir menjadi guru melalui self-efficacy sebagai variabel mediasi. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Semarang angkatan 2015 yang berjumlah 371 mahasiswa. Ukuran sampel penelitian menggunakan rumus slovin pada stand_x005f?ard error 5% sebanyak 194 mahasiswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel proportional random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis jalur. Hasil analisis statistik deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa kesiapan berkarir menjadi guru ma?hasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi UNNES angkatan 2015 dalam kategori cukup tinggi, persepsi kesejahteraan guru dalam ketegori cukup baik, figur guru panutan dalam kategori baik, pengalaman mengajar dalam kat?egori baik, dan self-efficacy dalam kategori tinggi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan figur guru panutan, pengalaman mengajar, dan self-efficacy terhadap kesiapan berkarir menjadi guru. Figur guru panutan dan pengalaman mengajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap self-efficacy. Sementara itu, persepsi kesejahteraan guru tidak berpengaruh terhadap self-efficacy maupun kesiapan berkarir menjadi guru. Saran yang dapat diberikan antara lain pihak perguruan tinggi dapat me?nyediakan sarana yang menunjang dan dapat mengembangkan skill serta keterampilan mahasiswa sebagai bekal memasuki dunia kerja. Seperti, pelatihan soft skill mahasiswa, bimbingan karir dan penyediaan sa?rana praktik bekerja sesuai program studi.
其他摘要:The objective of this research is to know the perception effect of Teacher Welfare, Good Teacher Figure, and Teaching Experience towards career readiness of being a teacher through self-efficacy as mediating variable.The population of this research is the students of Economics Education of Semarang State University Batch 2015 consisting of 371 students. The size of research sample uses Slovin on standard error 5% of 194 students. The sampling technique uses proportional random sampling. The data collection technique uses questionnaire. The data analysis uses statistic descriptive analysis and path analysis. The statistic descriptive analysis result shows that career readiness of being a teacher from the students of Economics Education of Semarang State University Batch 2015 is in quite high category perception of teacher welfare is in good category; good teacher figure is in good category; teaching experience is in good category; and self-efficacy is in high category. The research results showed a positive and significant influence on good teacher figure, teaching experience, and self-efficacy on career readiness of being a teacher. The good teacher figure and teaching experience have a positive and significant affect on self-efficacy. Meanwhile, the perception of teacher welfare does not affect both self-efficacy and career readiness of being a teacher. Therefore, the suggestion that can be given such as: the university party can provide supporting facilities and can develop skill as well as ability of students as the preparation for entering work world like students’ soft skill training, career guidance, and working practice facilities providing as line with the study program.
