  • 摘要:Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin, lingkungan kerja fisik, dan kompen sasi terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel mediasi pegawai di Kantor Wilayah Badan Pertanahan Nasional Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai di Kantor Wilayah Badan Pertanahan Nasional Provinsi Jawa Tengah kecuali kepala kantor. Pe_x005f?nelitian ini menggunakan teknik propotional random sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 108 setelah dihitung menggunakan rumus slovin. Sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan secara acak tanpa memper hatikan strata, sehingga memberikan peluang yang sama bagi setiap unsur (anggota) populasi yang dipilih menjadi anggota sampel. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan metode observasi, wawan?cara, dokumentasi, dan kuesioner. Metode analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan path analysis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa disiplin bepengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, sedangkan lingkungan kerja fisik tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, kemudian kompensasi dan komitmen organisasi tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Disiplin, lingkun?gan kerja fisik, dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi. Hasil pengaruh mediasi menunjukkan bahwa disiplin dan kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui komitmen organisasi, namun lingkungan kerja fisik tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui komitmen organisasi.
  • 其他摘要:One of the factors which had influence on an organization success rate is employees performance. The performance of employees is an action performed by employees in carrying out the work given from office except the head office . The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of discipline, physical work environment, and compensation on the performance of employees with organizational commitment as a variable of mediation in the National Land Agency Re-gional Office of Central Java Province. The population of this research was all employees in National Land Agency Re-gional Office of Central Java Province except the head office. This research used propotional random sampling technique, totaling respondents to 108 employess after calculated by slovin formula. In order give the same opportunity to each of employee, the sample was randomly without considered strata. This research was used observation methods, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires as method to collect data. While for analyzing data, the researcher was using path. The results of data analysis showed that discipline had positive effect and significant to employees performance, while the physical work environment does not affect to employees performance, meanwhile compensation and organizational commitment has no effect and not significant on employee performance. Discipline, work environtment, and compensa-tion had positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Moreover, the effect of mediation showed that discipline and compensation affected employee performance through organizational commitment, but the physical work environment did not affect employees performance through organizational commitment.
