摘要:Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh prakerin, fasilitas belajar dan self-efficacy terhadap kesiapan memasuki dunia kerja siswa kelas XII program keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran SMK 17 Temanggung Tahun Ajaran 2017/2018 . Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XII Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK 17 Temanggung yaitu sebanyak 41 siswa. Dalam penelitian ini teknik pengambilan sempel yaitu menggunakan sempel jenuh. Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda diperoleh persamaan Y = - 11,582 + 0,274 X1 + 0,357 X2 + 0,354 X3 + e. Uji keberartian persamaan regresi dengan Fhitung = 26,212 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Besarnya pengaruh secara simultan dari prakerin, fasilitas belajar, dan self-efficacy terhadap kesiapan memasuki dunia kerja yaitu sebesar 65,4%. Sedangkan, pengaruh secara parsial untuk prakerin sebesar 21,80%, fasilitas belajar sebesar 19,98% dan self-efficacy sebesar 30,03%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara prakerin, fasilitas belajar, dan self-efficacy terhadap kesiapan memasuki dunia kerja.
其他摘要:The purpose of this study is todetermine the influence ofindustrial working practics, learning facilities and self-efficacy against the readiness to enter the working world of class XIIprogram of administration skills of SMK 17 Temanggung Office of School Year 2017/2018. Population in this research is all student of class XII Administration of Office at SMK 17 Temanggung that is counted 41 student. In this research the sempel picking technique is using sempel saturated. Results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained equation Y = -11,582 + 0,274 X1 + 0,357 X2 + 0,354 X3 + e. Test the significance of regression equation with Fhitung = 26.212 with significance value 0,000 <0,05. The magnitude of the simultaneous influence of prakerin, learning facilities, and self-efficacy on the readiness to enter the workforce of 65.4%. Meanwhile, partial influence for prakerin is 21,80%, learning facility is 19,98% and self-efficacy is 30,03%. Based on the results of the study, it shows that there is a positive and significant influence between prakerin, learning facilities, and self-efficacy towards the readiness to enter the work world.
