摘要:Kompetensi global menjadi penting dalam memberikan jaminan mutu bagi calon guru. Kompetensi global apabila dimiliki akan mendorong untuk siap menghadapi dunia global. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan kompetensi komunikasi internasional, kompetensi apresiasi keragaman budaya, kompetensi kemampuan berbahasa asing dan kompetensi keterampilan berkompetisi calon guru ekonomi IUP dan Non IUP. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode angket dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi kompetensi komunikasi internasional diperoleh signifikansi 0,003, sehingga H1 diterima. Kompetensi apresiasi keragaman budaya diperoleh signifikansi 0,681, sehingga H1 ditolak. Kompetensi kemampuan berbahasa asing diperoleh signifikansi 0,000, sehingga H1 diterima. Kompetensi keterampilan berkompetisi diperoleh signifikansi 0, 015, sehingga H1 diterima. Jadi dapat disimpulkan penelitian ini terdapat perbedaan kompetensi komunikasi internasional, kompetensi kemampuan berbahasa asing, kompetensi keterampilan berkompetisi, dan tidak ada perbedaan kompetensi apresiasi keragaman budaya antara calon guru ekonomi IUP dan Non IUP. Hal ini dapat diartikan bahwa dengan kompetensi global menghasilkan lulusan lulusan yang siap menghadapi tantangan global, mendorong kualitas dan reputasi perguruan tinggi untuk menjadi lebih baik.
其他摘要:Global competency is a noteworthy quality assurance of prospective teacher. It can encourage them to face global world. This study aims to find out differences between international communication competency, competency of appreciation cultural diversity, competency of foreign languages and competency of competitive skills of IUP and Non IUP prospective teacher. This research method using questionnairaires and documentation. The results showed that the of international communication competency gained significance 0.003, so H1is accepted. Competency of appreciation cultural diversity gained significance 0.681, so H1is rejected. Competency of foreign languages gained significance 0.000, so H1is accepted. Competency of competitive skills gained significance 0.015, so H1is accepted. So we can conclude there are difference between international communication competency, competency of foreign languages, competency of compete, and there is no differences competency of appreciation of cultural diversity between of IUP and Non IUP prospective teacher. This may imply that the global competency in order to produce graduates who are ready to face global challenges, improve quality, and increases universities reputation.
