摘要：The Success of Electronic Government Implementation Based on Users* Perceptlon. This research verifies the success of e-Govemmenl that is im-plemenled by directorate general of taxes as State institution based on user satis-faction. Seven variables investigated in this research are the usability of e-Govem-ment, information quality of e-Govemmenl, Service quality of e-Govemment, trust of the govemment institution, trust of the internet, and Intention to Use Frequently e-Govemment. The measuremenl of independent variables that is used in this research is based on Bames and Vidgen (2006) and Btlangerdan Carter (2008). The measurement of dependent variable (user satisfaction) is based on Xiao danDas-gupta (2002) which is modified with Verdegem and Verleye (2009).
