摘要：Modern political parties have become indispensable institutions in the systemic life of a state and essential elements of the process of shaping political will. In order to survive in terms of organisation and effectively implement its functions, a party must react to changes that take place in its political and social environment. This phenomenon concerns both the political parties that are the entities of public law and therefore do not have legal personality, and parties which are entities subject to the civil law.
