  • 摘要:In the article, the authors reveal the essence of methodological support in partnerships with the institution of additional education. It was found that methodological support is called a holistic system of activities based on the achievements of science, best practices and analysis of teachers' difficulties, the purpose of which is to improve the skills of each teacher, generalize and develop the creative potential of the team, and achieve optimal education results. The authors examine and analyze the role of methodological support in the partnership of teachers to improve professionalism and organize additional education. In the course of the work, a survey was conducted of the employees of one of the Centers for Continuing Education in Nizhny Novgorod. A questionnaire was developed for the Center's specialists, containing several questions to evaluate their work. which showed that the organization conducts activities for the improvement of professionalism for its employees, but they are not enough, but the management is addressing this issue and is trying to develop this area, teaching competencies that require attention, the level of theoretical knowledge about the forms and methods of working with the organization of additional education, the level of practical skills in the forms and methods of work with the organization of additional education.
