摘要：Transformation projects of companies today interfere to appeal of new approach to management, to development of business processes. More often it is talking about transfer to process organization. The paper deals with basic conditions of transfer to project management using process approach. Flexibility of firm in adapting to market changes and grant of maximal value to customer are main effects of process approach.
