  • 摘要:In this study, which aims to examine the activities in the activity book of the Preschool Education Program in terms of phonetics awareness, the data were collected using the document analysis method. The study attempted to determine the examples of activities prepared to achieve the outcome “The student shows awareness for phonetics” in the area of language development of the Preschool Education Program and it was concluded that there was no activity that could lead to the outcome “The student shows awareness for phonetics” among the activities in the Preschool Education Program activity book. Furthermore, the study concluded that there were 7 activities that had the potential to support the outcome “The student shows awareness for phonetics” from among a total of 40 activities in the activity book of the Preschool Education Program. These results show that it is necessary to improve the activities in the Preschool Education Program in order to develop the phonetic awareness of the children who attend preschool institutions.
