摘要：Processly-oriented quality management and undesirable variability decrease which causes formation of not compatible products have become the elementary means to successfully satisfy customers’ needs. One of the ways how to assure customers’ needs satisfaction is the Statistical quality control, which combines all activities of the modern approach to Quality Management.
