摘要：Business processes are object of process approach to management based on enterprise search and analysis from the view of business activities and activities performed by managing staff. The paper deals with issue of measurement of internal processes in a production company which is the socend part of process management. The attention is paid to methodology of process measurement and indicators for process measurement.
