摘要：The purpose of this paper is to determine the spatial relationships between the entrepreneurship development level and educational infrastructure concentration in districts based on 2015 data. The first part of this paper presents the problems in defining entrepreneurship and educational infrastructure. In the second part, empirical studies were carried out covering 35 districts in Lubuskie and Zachodniopomorskie voivodeships. Due to multidimensionality of categories surveyed, the TOPSIS method was used to assess the development level of education infrastructure and entrepreneurship development levels. Spatial autocorrelation of the synthetic measure was analyzed based on Moran’s I statistics (both local and global) in order to determine the concentration of districts with similar levels of characteristics considered. Diagnostic variables were selected based on relevance, statistical and formal criteria (primarily including data completeness and availability for the subjects under consideration in 2015). As shown by this research, the characteristics are highly correlated. For the entrepreneurship development indicator, the global Moran’s I was positive and statistically significant, while for the educational infrastructure development indicator, it was negative and statistically insignificant.
