摘要：The globalization process in the financial area,although it was firstly structured on the same basis as the one of the commercial sector,exceeded all the expectations.The effect of the financial globalization can be noticed if we consider the volume of the investment opportunities,because the investments aren’t restricted any more by the national bounds.In the same time we can notice a rise of the competition for attracting investments and that caused a sharp rise of the financial international flows especially in the last two decades.
