摘要:Working in today's economic,social,political and technological conditions puts great pressure on employees. As a result of this pressure,burnout syndrome,which is the source of symptoms such as decrease in desire to do business,feeling of failure,feeling of wear,loss of energy and power,occurs. Promoting human resources as the most important resource that creates value has to be connected with strategic decisions that will reduce the intention to quit as it affects organizational success. Especially for individual success,it is necessary to reduce burnout through activities that will increase the desire and energy of the employees. From this perspective,these activities will increase organizational commitment and decrease the intention to quit.From this perspective,the study,aims to investigate the answers to questions;Whether the perception of “burnout syndrome’ exists in the banking sector and to what extent and to what extent does burnout syndrome have an impact on intention to quit?” The data were analyzed in SPSS 21.0 and the results were revealed as both burnout syndrome perception exists and burnout syndrome had a positive and significant effect on intention to quit. First of all,when the activities that eliminate the burnout syndrome are taken into consideration,the efforts to promote human resources within the framework of talent management in organizations will decrease the intention of employees to quit. This will increase the level of organizational commitment with the decrease in the intention of employees to quit job. This is especially important in sectors such as the banking sector that require an intensive work environment..
