摘要:This study aims to identify the Participation in educational decision making at Nurulhuda Islamic Boarding School Pakandangan Sumenep. Descriptive qualitative methode was used in this reseach through interview,observation and data documentation. The results of the study revealed that the educational decision making at the Nurulhuda Pakandangan boarding school was carried out in the Daily Advisory Council forum (MPH). The MPH forum is the highest forum for decision making with 9 members consisting of 3 kyai and six asatadidz,the the decision making is based on deliberation agreement. Moreover,MPH membership is elected directly by the headmasters with some consideration of seniority, credibility and loyalty to the institution. Ihsan and Ihwan are the institutions which are formed as a mediator of brotherhood forum between pesantren and the neighborhood..
