  • 摘要:The background of this study is the absence of the Consumer Dispute Resolution Board (BPSK) in the region of Madura. This legal empirical study,in order to examine the legal aspects as well as to identify opportunities and obstacles to the establishment of BPSK. The results of this study put the structural problem as the main reason,unrealized funding that are being considered by the government. Important to be done is to provide a basis for the establishment of BPSK through regulation in each area and the government’s commitment to provide the financial support in the budget.
